King鈥檚 Pimpama launched its Esports Club earlier this year, with more than 30 91制片厂s signing up to participate.
On 29 May, four 91制片厂s鈥擩ayden, Riley, Emilio and Ryan鈥攑roudly represented King鈥檚 at the FUSE Cup. This international school-based esports competition provides 91制片厂s with a safe, inclusive and structured environment in which to compete and connect with others.
The team achieved an impressive result in King鈥檚 first esports competition. Two 91制片厂s advanced to the knockout round, with one continuing through to the quarterfinals.
Students enjoyed testing their skills against competitors from other schools and valued the opportunity to meet fellow gamers from across the Gold Coast. Throughout the event, they demonstrated excellent sportsmanship, dedication and encouragement towards one another.
Congratulations to all four 91制片厂s on a fantastic debut. The Esports Club is now looking forward to its next competition鈥攖he Mario Kart tournament in September鈥攁nd we are excited to see what our 91制片厂s accomplish next.

Seven talented King鈥檚 Netball Club players proudly competed at the State Age Netball Championships, achieving outstanding results across several age divisions. Their teamwork, determination and commitment were evident throughout the competition, with two teams securing podium finishes.

Year 11 91制片厂s visited the Careers Event at Aquis Park on 23 July, where they explored a wide range of future study and employment pathways. The event provided valuable opportunities to speak directly with industry representatives and learn more about career options, entry requirements and job prospects.
