Ella's success is a testament to her hard work, dedication and commitment to pursuing a career in nursing. With more than 200 applicants and only a handful of positions available, the recruitment process was extremely competitive.
Ella's studies at KTTC, combined with her experience working in aged care, helped her stand out amongst a very strong field of candidates.
